The Role

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair efforts for an assigned community, including the physical aspects of the property, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, major appliances and amenities. He or she will ensure that all work meets AvalonBay's safety and operating standards and any applicable laws and regulations.

You Have...

Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years experience in apartment maintenance or related field. HVAC experience and CFC certifications are required.

In the civilian space arena, Teledyne sensors are the most advanced sensors on board the Hubble space telescope, and they are also found on board the majority of NASA space probes and ground based telescopes. In the DoD arena, Teledyne sensors are integrated into several major systems for persistent surveillance, chemical detection, and target identification, among others. Position Summary and Responsibilities Leads a systems engineering team to develop and produce state-of-the-art capability for visible and infrared imaging products for commercial, space and defense markets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
