• 2 a.m.

Starting pay for entry level night shift Maintenance Lead candidates is $30/hr. This includes a $26/hr. base pay + $4/hr. shift differential. Overall pay will be determined based on the candidate's experience level and skill set.

Oldham County Stone is an underground limestone mine/quarry seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead for our operation located in Crestwood, KY. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence, be a self-starter and will have responsibilities that include but not limited to:

• Routine equipment/plant maintenance

• Lead a maintenance team of 2-4 people

• Operating production equipment

• Involved with plant improvement projects

• Inspect and perform daily repairs and maintenance on plant

• Inspect and maintain crushers, conveyors, screens, and other equipment

• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a dedication to safe work practices

• Previous industrial maintenance experience is required.

• Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed

• Must be willing to work a regular 4 pm-2 am shift

• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed

• Experience in heavy equipment is preferred

• Working knowledge of quarry utilities and equipment including crushers, conveyors, scales, etc.

• Experience welding and cutting

• Must be willing to work outside in a variety of conditions

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
