Maintenance Lead Rockfon

We are looking for a talented and experienced Maintenance Team Lead to join our Rockfon team in Byhalia, MS.

This will be a Day Shift position but will require shift flexibility.

What you will be doing:

As the Maintenance Lead at Rockfon, you will work in close cooperation with the production departments to ensure a successful working relationship and full support of the production line, so that production team can produce a high-quality finished products at the highest production rate. You will also assist the Rockfon Maintenance Supervisor with implementing and maintaining a Preventive Maintenance schedule to reduce production downtime and material waste while keeping maintenance costs to a minimum.

You will Perform certain duties of Rockfon Maintenance Supervisor during their absence, including necessary meetings, preparations for Maintenance Team and possibly coordinate with outside contractors.

Overall, the Maintenance Team Lead will oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, overhaul, and repair of stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, employing the requisite tools and techniques.

What you bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in industrial settings for at least 3 years.

• Preferably possesses leadership experience.

• Hands-on experience in maintenance within industrial manufacturing environments.

• Proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office suite.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Commitment to upholding and championing ROPEX manufacturing standards of excellence.
