Maintenance Lead

Job Description Job Description We are partnering with a company who is seeking a Maintenance Lead to become a part of our team You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair. Pay: $38-$46/hr 1st shift: 6:45-2:30, Monday-Friday Needs to be big on Safety & quality Good blend between mechanical & electrical – needs to be able to teach someone how to read a schematic, troubleshoot a PLC or wire up 480V motor While this is a supervisor role, this plant has a great culture where everyone is created equal no matter what their title everyone is expected to help each other and be all hands on deck Responsibilities:

Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Order and replace broken parts or equipment Maintain a clean and a safe work space Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload
