SUMMARY: Complete on-going preventative maintenance inspections, on a wide variety of fixed industrial operating plant equipment, to identify maintenance requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Walk down the operating plant with inspection checklists and accurately recording pertinent inspection information

  • Use Tools and Equipment Safety Verification Checklist

  • Periodically review standard operating procedures (SOP's) and complete risk assessments on various tasks

  • Train other maintenance inspectors

  • Assist in the Pre-job Checklist

  • Work performed in an OSHA regulated (heavy metals exposure) area

  • Full-face respirator is required

EXAMPLES OF EQUIPMENT REQUIRING INSPECTION:

  • Water Systems- including multiple types and sizes of piping, pumps, valves, and spray systems at high pressure

  • Pneumatic Equipment- including compressors, and material transport systems

  • Hydraulic Systems- including filter presses and hot metal casting wheels

  • Conveyor Systems- including open and closed belts, screw conveyors, and bucket elevators

  • Ventilation Systems and Bag Houses

  • Steam Systems and Boilers

  • Crushers and Mills- including jaw, gyratory, rotating, and roller

  • Environmental Control Systems- including monitoring equipment, electrostatic precipitators, and wet scrubber systems

  • High Temperature Acid Piping & Vessels

  • Flotation Systems

  • Cooling Towers

  • Rotary Dryers or Kilns

  • Power Generation Equipment- including steam turbine generators

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must have a basic understanding of machine elements i.e. frame, bearing, axles, fastener, seal, lubricants, etc. To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma is required. Minimum of 5 years' experience with industrial environment and process.

Job Purpose: The Diabetes Specialty Sales Representative is accountable for implementing the local sales strategies for approved Diabetes products consistent with Sanofi compliance standards, as well as all applicable legal requirements for key targeted Health Care Providers (HCPs) within an assigned territory. The Diabetes Specialty Sales Representative will pull through access and drive utilization for approved DIABETES products with appropriate patients and coordinate commercial efforts with internal teams. Major Activities: * Builds and develops professional relationships with (but not limited to) Endocrinologists, nephrologists, clinic staff, and pharmacy staff, within assigned customers * Drives appropriate utilization of approved Diabetes products.
