We are seeking resumes for a Maintenance in our Hanover, Pennsylvania facility for 2nd shift.
Responsible for maintaining/repairing all fulfillment equipment (i.e., shrink machines, sleevers, blister packs, banding equipment etc.) and plant systems to minimize downtime on shift.
Perform routine repairs, predictive and preventative maintenance on all equipment and systems with little to no assistance.
Practice safe work habits at all times.
Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot programmable controllers and troubleshoot and repair all A/C and D/C drives and their control systems use.
Demonstrate ability to use all aspects of the maintenance software program.
Perform facility maintenance responsibilities, including but not limited to light carpentry and plumbing jobs, housekeeping/cleaning responsibilities, and electrical experience with knowledge on PLCs and AC/DC drive.
Follow up all work in order to insure repairs and work are performed properly.
Maximize the utilization of equipment by maintaining the machinery to run at available capacity and speed.
Complete all paperwork neatly, correctly, and in accordance with Company guidelines.
Communicate with maintenance team and members of management on progress of projects and completing of work orders.
Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.

High school diploma or GED.
Electrical experience with knowledge on PLCs and AC/DC drive.
Ability and willingness to work overtime on short notice, both during the week and weekends.
Must be willing and able to work other shifts, as needed.
Ability to work in production environment, with varying temperatures based on season, around machinery, and heavy forklift traffic.
Must be able to lift frequently.
Ability to obtain and maintain PCA certified forklift license.
At least one year experience in comparable facility mechanic role.
More than one year in plant/facility mechanic role.
Prior work experience in the fulfillment industry.
Vocational/Technical coursework and/or Associates/Technical Degree
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
Ability to work within a team, effectively communicating with members.
Ability to prioritize work and execute project with maximum efficiency.
Must be able to obtain and maintain PCA forklift license.
