Maintenance Groundskeeper

Job Description Job Description Don’s Mobile Glass is seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior grounds and surrounding areas of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping the property clean, safe, and visually appealing by performing landscaping, lawn care, and general maintenance tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities: Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, edging, and watering lawns. Trim and prune shrubs, trees, and flower beds to ensure a well-kept appearance.

Remove weeds, debris, and litter from all outdoor areas, including parking lots and walkways. Monitor and maintain the irrigation system, adjusting settings and making minor repairs as needed. Perform seasonal grounds maintenance, including leaf removal and weed control.

Conduct routine inspections of outdoor areas and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Sweep and pressure wash walkways, driveways, and entryways to maintain cleanliness. Maintain and operate groundskeeping tools and equipment safely and effectively.

Perform basic exterior maintenance tasks, such as painting curbs, fixing fences, or repairing minor damages. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Other duties as assigned Requirements:

Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or facility maintenance preferred. Ability to operate and maintain landscaping tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers. Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and plant care.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Outdoor work environment, exposed to seasonal weather conditions. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Use of landscaping equipment and tools.
