Maintenance Engineering Technician - Night Shift

In this role, you will be a hands-on Technician in the Maintenance Engineering Department in Lodi, Ca. and will be the primary support to production in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing equipment downtime to ensure maximum output.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Proactively address problems using the appropriate troubleshooting and repair techniques Carefully document all repairs and the appropriate adjustments made Assess the equipment’s performance and repair history and work with engineers to plan a preventative maintenance schedule as well as work on equipment upgrades as appropriate. The essential requirements of the job include:

High School degree with 2 years of related work experience or AA with 1 years of related work experience Solid understanding of interpreting manuals and schematics and have strong knowledge in mechanical alignment and the troubleshooting of automated mechanical, electrical and pneumatic equipment as well as experience working with pneumatics actuators and cylinders and familiarity with electrical/electronic components, Automation, Robotics, Sensors, Fiber Optics and motors Work schedule: 9pm-5:30am with weekends It would be a plus if you also possess: GMP experience Understanding of Electrical and Electronic components The statements in this description represent typical elements, criteria and general work performed.
