• Location: Running Aces Casino Hotel Racetrack - 15201 Running Aces Blvd, Columbus, MN 55025

• Schedule: Full time position. Shifts include rotating days and nights. Weekends and holidays included.

The Maintenance Engineer at Running Aces operates and maintains the kitchen equipment, HVAC, fire / life safety equipment, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and fixtures within the facility. Performs technical and mechanical functions, troubleshoots, and make needed repairs in a timely manner. Maintain a neat appearance, a clean work environment, and complete other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Technical, Armed Services, vocational or on-the-job training in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, or plumbing.

• Familiar with fire/life safety equipment/procedures

• Must have valid, clean driving record and ability to adhere to use of Company Vehicle policy/procedures

• Excellent customer service skills; ability to successfully interact with others

• Familiarity with blueprints and code requirements

• Universal CFC Certification or the ability to acquire with in 90 days of employment

• Minnesota special class boiler engineer license or the ability to acquire with in 90 days of employment

• Ability to lift at least 100 lbs., work from heights, verify colors, and climb ladders frequently
