Position Purpose:

Maintain and repair Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC systems, as well as installation of such equipment as needed. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor(s) which are necessary for the function of the hospital which the employee is deemed competent to perform to include routine maintenance and minor construction to any property owned or leased by the hospital.

Ensuring the Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC systems owned by the hospital or on property leased by the hospital is fully functional to meet occupants comfort needs and meets all requirements of governmental and licensing agencies. Performing routine and preventative maintenance as well as repairs to this equipment. Installation of such equipment as assigned. Completing any work order or task assigned in a professional manner in a reasonable time frame.

Must be able to work weekday, weekends, holidays, evenings, night -shift. Must be able to be on standby call as assigned.

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. This position will be task order direct with primary responsibilities supporting the MFC SOF GLSS Production Engineering Team located in Crestview, FL.
