Oversee facility projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Lead Technical Resource: Strive to become the go-to expert for operational machinery, offering insights and solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.

Continuous Improvement: Lead or assist in continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation and optimizing processes. Contractor Management:

Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specific maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring high-quality execution of work. Maintenance Standards: Establish and maintain maintenance standards, developing long-term maintenance programs to meet organizational goals.

Support Production Departments: Collaborate with production departments to identify and address machinery and infrastructure issues, keeping operations running smoothly. Facility Information Management:

Compile and maintain accurate information on plant facilities, facilitating informed decision-making. Capital Project Management: Take the lead in constructing new facilities or implementing significant long-term improvements to existing ones.

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Implement proactive and preventative maintenance strategies to maximize equipment efficiency and reliability. Your Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field preferred.
