Maintenance Electronics Technician

Essential Job Qualifications: The Maintenance electronics tech is required to work relatively independently. They are required to modify, rebuild, repair, or overhaul electronic and electrical equipment and controls. Their responsibilities include overseeing production equipment, heat / air system and Plating. They must also oversee the electronic components of the wastewater treatment system and plant maintenance. They are required to work closely with Controls Engineer. They also must be willing to work in confined spaces, wear respirator and lift heavy objects. They must have power equipment license. Maintenance electronics tech is responsible for supporting the company's mission statement and the overall business objective.

Required Qualifications:

• Build electrical panels

• Service electronic equipment by checking, testing, and replacing faulty components

• Operate JD Edwards software

• Pay close attention to details

• Ability to multi-task

• Trouble-shoot PLC Ladder Logic

• Ability to work independently

Education and Experience/Skills

• High School graduate or GED

• Fast-paced team environment experience is preferred

• Prior Electrical Control Tech experience is required (3-5 years)

• Ability to interpret reports & analyze data
