Orlando Containeris currently seeking qualified applicants for a manufacturing production Maintenance Electronics Technician position at a pay rate of $29.00 per hour at theirplant located in Orlando, Florida

Electronics Tech

Self-motivated, capable of working efficiently and productively

Performs quality work

PLC Troubleshooting Skills.

Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology or equivalent experience.

Computerized maintenance management systems

  • SAP preferred

Corrugated Industry experienced preferred.

Skills

Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems read and works with electrical circuit diagrams and determines solutions.

Ability to run any shift maintenance, Multi-craft experience and knowledge preferred.

Ability to repair or replace failed electrical components with an acceptable substitute.

Ability to read and understand electrical drawings of motor control circuits.

Power distribution, transformers and protective devices.

Understanding and troubleshooting simple and advanced electrical control systems (three wire remote stop / start motor control circuits, reversing rotation of three phase motors, 24 VDC control circuits, servo motors) standards.

Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, blueprints with electro-mechanical components.

Ability to fine-tune existing production equipment.

Proficiency in structural welding and repairs.

Soldering circuit boards and or Diagnose electronics components as needed.

PLC Proficient, Allen Bradley and Siemens Preferred

Ability to troubleshoot variable speed AC or DC motor control systems.

Administrative/ purchasing duties of the Maintenance Coordinator during his absence.

Assume team leadership role during major maintenance projects during absence of the Maintenance management.

Electronics Technician qualified and trained to support electrical/mechanical fabrication and limited testing associated with aerospace related or comparably critical systems. Tasks include cable / harness fabrication, surface mount and thru-hole soldering, test box layout (including drilling / punching boxes to accept connectors, test points, etc.). Candidate will support multiple missile and fire control programs.
