Essential Functions
1.Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning circuits and wiring.
2.Utilize testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, ammeters, watt meters, etc.
3.Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning machinery and equipment.
4.Install and activate new equipment.
5.General maintenance activities which may involve hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, steam and electrical.

Responsibilities

Build and perform tests on electronics, electrical systems and components to determine

operability. Performs a variety of maintenance activities in addition to electromecanical duties.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 year tech degree required.

PLC programming required.

Manufacturing experience preferred.

Ability to troubleshoot all systems and phases of the operation; 2. Ability to communicate at all levels within the plant; 3. Represent the plant to outside vendors as required; 4. Assign work orders to skill level employees as necessary; 5. Handle and coordinate with all departments to provide effective operations. Qualifications Education required: * High School diploma or GED * Minimum of two years technical trade school or equivalent experience in general mechanic work Experience: General mechanic experience required.
