Due to expansion of operations, Plastic Plate, LLC - A Division of Lacks Enterprises, Inc. is seeking Maintenance Electricians to work on 2nd Shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Runs electrical wiring per the National Electric Code (less than high voltage) and performs minor repairs at the board level.
Troubleshoots injection molding machine problems and secondary equipment problems.
Plans layouts and wires electrical for updates on machinery and follows projects through to completion.
Updates minor changes on electrical prints.
Troubleshoots machinery with or without the use of control prints.
Recognizes safety hazards on equipment and initiates corrective actions.
Provides training for other Maintenance personnel.
Follows lockout procedures and safety rules in the plant.
Maintains good housekeeping in the work area.
Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment, buildings, and machines.
High school education or equivalent with advanced technical training or two to four years of Industrial Maintenance experience preferred. Previous experience with injection molding machines preferred. Must have basic knowledge of computers in association with troubleshooting devices. Must be able to obtain a hi-lo license and operate a hi-lo safely.
