The Role
The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for coordination and expedition of the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production and maintenance schedule. The Maintenance Coordinator will also support other functions at the site with projects.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
Supporting all Maintenance programs, regular and special activities/projects at site safely
Plan/coordinate PM routine and scheduling with Materials group for scheduled downtime for maintenance and support labeling making process for production needs and compiling process order information
Data entry into SAP for functions at Hollister location - maintenance, production, and warehouse records
Purchasing any equipment, tools, supplies or materials that may be required and keeping track of supply and material invoices
Requests and maintains inventories of materials and supplies vital to meet maintenance and production demands
Delegating maintenance tasks to the rest of the maintenance team and communicating updates to other Hollister functional teams
Confers with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates
Abides by all safety procedures and participates in appropriate safety training and demonstrates dedication to and support to EH&S principles and values and be part of safety teams to improve site's overall safety
Assess procedures and making recommendations for improvement
Close work orders daily using Maintenance database system (typing in comments, ensuring labor is captured correctly, filling in all appropriate fields)
Serve as backup to Maintenance database system administrator (including but not limited to new PM tasks, analyzing works order comments to determine reason for equipment failures, developing presentations for management review)
Cross-train and provide coverage for vacation, illness, for other clerks at location
Must be able and willing to learn new programs needed for the job
Performs other duties assigned by management that fall within the generally expected scope of this position
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma and 6 to 8 years of experience required
Trade school or an Associates degree with 4 to 6 years of experience preferred
Experience with CMMS is a must. SAP experience preferred
Experience with scheduling and maintenance programs (LOTO, CSE, Hot Work etc.)
Basic math skills, calculation of formulas, metric conversions
Must have knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
Excellent teamwork skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Strong computer skills, including ability to easily use MS Office suite; various email, internet, intranet, and other programs
Excellent English communications skills, oral and written; ability to successfully handle social as well as business interactions with all levels of customers' personnel; diplomacy skills
This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment. One of the essential job functions is the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
MENTAL & EMOTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
PAY RANGE: The pay range for this role is estimated at $31.25/hr. - $33.65/hr. with actual wage based on candidate's qualifications and experience.
