Maintenance Clerk

National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Maintenance Clerk for our location in Palm Bay, FL 32905.

Job Description:

• Maintaining and managing inventory records and answering telephone calls.
• Tracking equipment for maintenance.
• Accounting tasks (pay bills to vendors, track temp hours worked, etc.)
• Make accurate reports on purchases, costs, vendors, and charges.
• Schedules Preventive Maintenance for vehicles and orders required parts for maintenance services.
• Files documents as needed.
• Enters maintenance-related data into the system daily as needed. Verifies the information entered by mechanics.
• Order parts that were requested.
• Receives, labels, stocks and dispenses parts to mechanics, supervisors and managers.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
From 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay rate:
$18.00 HR. ( WEEKLY PAY )

Requirements:

• Own transportation
• UPDATED RESUME
• Able to work in any environment conditions
• Must pass verification of employment
• CLEAN BG & pass a Drug Test
• Able to start ASAP
• Comfortable with heavy lifting
• Knowledge of accounting Microsoft
• Multitasking, detail-oriented & organized person
• We will prefer someone with experience as a clerk in any auto parts store
