The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a licensed High Pressure Boiler Operator or Stationary Steam Engineer to provide the plant with utilities support which includes High pressure boilers, compressed air systems, cooling towers and other facility utilities. The Boiler Operator will efficiently operate and maintain equipment to permit high rates of efficiency and a safe working environment.
Operate Utilities systems including steam, compressed air, water, and waste water.
Conduct Maintenance of the boilers and all related piping and equipment.
Complete and maintain accurate documentation/logs of activities during shift.
Test and treat boilers and cooling towers.
Troubleshoot all related problems with the steam system.
Monitor contractors working on systems ensuring proper procedures and paperwork.
Troubleshoot and correct machinery problems.
Keep work area clean at all times.
Perform maintenance duties as required.
Maintain other manufacturing equipment as needed.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid High Pressure Boiler Operator or Stationary Steam Engineers license for The State of Ohio.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
Related Work Experience:
Boilers and power plant operations and repairs
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced work environment.
Requires moving materials weighing up to 50lbs distances of 10 feet or more.
Ability to understand, record and communicate all relevant information about functional area. Demonstrate good attendance record.
Mobility to all areas of multi-leveled production facility.
Manual dexterity necessary.
Requires moving materials weighing up to 400lbs distances of up to 75 feet using a hand truck.
