As a maintenance team lead you will create and execute maintenance plans for equipment and machinery. You will also assist the facilities manager in project planning/execution and building maintenance.
Here's what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.
Maintenance Associate Duties
Perform building maintenance including inside (painting, ceiling tile, carpet replacement, etc.) and outside (snow shoveling, landscaping, etc.).
Use the maintenance program( Maintain X) to complete assigned work.
Machine/equipment maintenance includes but is not limited to:
HVAC units
Ice machines
Copy machines
Water dispensers
Coffee Makers
Repair and calibrate equipment, as needed.
Communicate with outside contractors on certain projects.
Install workstations and partitions; and assist associates with inter-office moves.
Troubleshoot headset, computer, and phone issues.
Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
Maintain a current understanding of trends and updates in your role.
Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development. This may include training on first responder duties and ergonomics.
Facilities Associate Duties
Create maintenance plans for equipment in warehouse and office.
Maintain maintenance logs for individual machines.
Repair equipment as needed.
Work with OEM to ensure maintenance is completed to manufacturer's standards.
Calibrate equipment as needed.
Communicate with outside contractors on certain projects.
Perform general building maintenance including inside (painting, carpet replacement, etc.) and outside (snow shoveling, landscaping, etc.) duties.
Perform machine/equipment maintenance
Machine/equipment includes but is not limited to:
Tray Former
Conveyor Belt
Ice Machines
Lawn Mowers
Scissors Lift
Coffee Makers
Multi-Feeders
HVAC Units
Snow Blowers
Pallet Jacks
Air Compressors
Install workstations and partitions; and assist associates with inter-office moves.
Troubleshoot headset, computer, and phone issues.
Participate in 4imprint's on-call facilities coverage team.
Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
Maintain a current understanding of trends and updates in your role.
Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development. This may include training on first responder duties, ergonomics and updated certifications required for this role.
Meet with the facilities manager on a daily basis to assess associate and facility needs for that day and upcoming days as it relates to open work orders and projects.
Prioritize and assign work orders within the department to meet facility needs, using MaintainX.
Confirm equipment installation dates and work with outside contractors as needed.
Train new employees and/or temporary staff on facility department duties.
Track and document preventative maintenance schedules, including safety items.

Required education/skills/experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in data entry, MS Word, and Excel.
Previous maintenance experience, preferred.
Experience with the equipment listed above, a plus.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Basic mechanical aptitude.

Associates working 8 hours will get one 20-minute break (or two 10 min breaks).
Associates working 10 hours will get 25 min lunch (or one 15 min and one 10 min break).
Work will be performed at 4imprint, Oshkosh.
