This position will report to the maintenance department and will work the hours of 8:30am-5pm, Mon-Friday with the pass days of Sat and Sun.

Major Responsibilities
Perform semiskilled locksmith, painting, and carpentry activities including repair doors, windows, screens, and roofing.
Perform masonry repairs such as pointing brick and stonework, patching plaster walls, and finishing concrete. Assist with painting interior and exterior surfaces.
Perform routine electrical tasks including installation of conduit, cable, and wiring, install/repair light fixtures, outlets, and switches.
Perform routine repairs and replacement of plumbing fixtures including sink faucets, shower heads and controls, unplug toilets, cut, sweat and thread pipe. Operate shop and portable machine tools including saws, planers, drill press, augers. and erect scaffolding as needed.
Supervise lower-level staff as needed.
Functional and Supervisory Relationships Required Qualifications
Two years' experience in maintenance or mechanical work under the supervision of a skilled trade's worker or completion of an appropriate two-year technical school course.
