If yes, then Olympus Living of Spokane Valley wants you on our team as a Maintenance Assistant At our vibrant senior living community, we're not just maintaining facilities; we're ensuring a safe, comfortable, and joyful home for our residents. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of the facility, including plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances. Assist in the upkeep of the community's common areas, grounds, and individual living units to ensure a welcoming environment. Respond to maintenance requests promptly and effectively, with attention to quality and detail.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and execute facility improvements. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times Requirements: Responsibilities: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and planting to ensure the community's outdoor areas are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, ensuring proper watering and conservation practices. Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and address any landscape-related issues or concerns promptly. Conduct routine inspections of outdoor spaces, reporting any safety hazards or necessary repairs.

Support the maintenance team in performing general repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, including light carpentry, painting, and equipment maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications: Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related field is preferred. Basic knowledge of plant care, horticulture, and landscaping techniques. Familiarity with operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools.

Strong physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. A genuine interest in serving and engaging with senior residents. Compensation details: 18-21 Hourly Wage PI066262ffeb75-31181-32390717
