QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Technical certificate/trade desirable (ex. HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical certificate)

• Experience in building maintenance with knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, various mechanical, electronic and plumbing systems preferred

• Compassionate, patient and good communication skills

• Be vaccinated for the flu (during flu season)
