Grounds and Maintenance Foreman

Responsible for the general maintenance of all Grandville Public School Buildings.

Salary Dependent on Experience

Monday through Friday

9:00 am - 5:30 pm

QUALIFICATIONS

• The Maintenance Foreman is directly responsible for the care, maintenance, and safety of all buildings, grounds, and equipment in the Grandville School System. He shall see that all buildings and the building equipment is maintained in a safe and satisfactory condition for school and community use.

• The Maintenance Foreman is responsible for all full and part-time employees assigned to him/her. He/she shall schedule and evaluate their work as needed.

• Minimum of a high school diploma with college degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction, or relative field preferred. Must have prior Supervisory experience with a minimum of five (5) years as a Maintenance Foreman preferred. Training in the construction field would be a plus.
