Location: Torrance, CA 90501 (on-site only)

Rate: Open/Market Rate (W2)

Other: LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY (Reside in S. California)

C2C/INC contractors will NOT be considered for this role, W2 ONLY

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Performs impact analysis and feasibility for requested enhancements, development and Maintenance of the ACAPS loan Originations application
Support a variety of batch interface jobs
Monitor Batch jobs and On-line performance as part of on-call rotation.
Support daily user requests
Perform preventive system maintenance
Codes and performs unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements
Codes, tests, and debugs new software or makes enhancements to existing software

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: (Resume must reflect this experience)
7+ years of recent/current exp developing Mainframe OS programs
Experience performing analysis, design, development, Unit/System/User Test plan preparation, execution, and implementation.
7+ years programming in COBOL, CICS, VSAM, SQL, Xpediter, and FileAid
Experience developing is Expediter and InterTest for debugging code is required
Experience with running batches and exp with CICS is required.
Some experience working with loan origination systems/applications.
Must have a stable work history, with RECENT experience performing the same tasks
Must have EXCELLENT oral communication skills

Education: BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field or equivalent work experience.

Other Must Have's:
Experience working with leasing systems is desired.
Must be able to work as a W2 hourly consultant (H1 Transfer's available)
Must reside LOCALLY (S. California) area
MUST be available for a face to face interview

DESIRED SKILLS:

Captive Automotive loan origination experience with ACAPS experience a plus.
Experience with ALS ( Advance Loan System), Financial System, Banking, and/or Consumer Lending

VIEW JOBS 1/15/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-15T00:00 Maintenance Mechanic - Level 3 Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity You will perform work orders issued for electronic and control services to install, repair, modify, maintain, and test a wide variety of complex CNC machine tools, process equipment, and special test equipment. This includes precision service to CNC controlled lathes, mills, machining centers, grinders, lasers, saws, presses, and inspection equipment. Process equipment includes welders, vacuum furnaces, salt pots, ovens, heat treat furnaces, aqueous cleaning systems, spot welders, test stands, and process tanks. You will perform system and component level inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of electronic and electrical problems to equipment listed above and provide detailed corrective actions and cost estimates. Components include controllers, servomotors, SCR's, encoders, proximity switches, etc. You will perform immediate repair services on equipment breakdowns to minimize work stoppages and return it to the desired functional and safe operation. Repairs may include axis overshoot,alignment, calibration, and control error. You will perform complex preventative maintenance services per department work instructions, PM job plans, and established schedules. You will interpret complex electrical diagrams, schematics, OEM assembly drawings, and control logic tables (sequence of operation). You will determine type, size, and amount of equipment parts and materials required to complete installations and repairs. You will interface with machine tool suppliers and OEM's for technical data, spare parts availability, and out-sourced maintenance and repairs. You will direct outside contractors in the execution of the scope of the job per department work instructions and HSE&E procedures. You will support HSE&F during all site emergencies. You will perform special machinery projects and studies as directed by HSE&F. Support major equipment installations, upgrades, and refurbishments. You will comply with all HSE&F policies and procedures in the execution of duties, including lock-out/tag-out, live electrical work, confined space entry, hot work, forklift license, hoist certification, etc. Work with, maintain and repair complex and innovative equipment and machinery Use your electronic maintenance skills by working on exciting products and technologies Broaden and expand your knowledge by learning from highly experienced technicians and participating in challenging assignments 25 Perform routine maintenance task 35 Perform preventative maintenance inspections 15 Review drawings and schematics 25 Perform equipment troubleshooting YOU MUST HAVE * High School Diploma or GED WE VALUE * Use of technician tools, such as oscilloscopes, recorders, multimeters, and logic analyzers, necessary to diagnose and repair equipment. * Knowledge of Kaizan, 5S, TPM, and other lean concepts. * Knowledge of complex industrial equipment operations, CNC controllers and associated program control logic, programmable controllers (ladder logic). * Experience working on industrial mechanical utility systems, such as water, steam, natural gas, compressed air, nitrogen, deionized water, and sewer. * Experience working on industrial machinery and equipment, such as machine tools, aqueous cleaners, process lines, paint booths, pressure test tanks, environmental control systems, and waste treatment systems. * Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as using computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to carry parts, materials, tools, and equipment per established safety guidelines, climb ladders, and work in awkward positions, as part of daily activities.
