This role will handle various mail related tasks, including shipping & receiving, delivery and processing of inbound/outbound mail & packages, heavy lifting, etc, all performed within a corporate working environment. The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented & process driven with a background and focus in customer service. Hourly Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 USD per hrly (DOE)

Work Schedule:Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (may include some evenings and weekends)

Responsibilities

The Mail Services Support Associate will perform various mail related tasks including shipping & receiving, delivery and processing of inbound/outbound mail & packages, heavy lifting, and etc. Additional responsibilities include:

• Sorting and distribution of incoming / outgoing mail

• Processing inbound and outbound shipments for delivery

• Operating mail and duplicating equipment

• Metering outbound postal mail

• Handling time-sentative material, confidential, urgent packages
