Associate - Mail Services

In the Mail Services role, the primary responsibilities are picking up the mail, USPS and internal customer mail from office floor mail bins, process all outgoing mail and deliver mail the same day. You will conduct sweeps for outgoing mail and prepared for processing mail twice daily as well as prepare the outgoing, express, certified, and registered mail. You will process and ship a variety of outbound packages business and personal (per Infosys Policy), and maintain supplies for express, certified, and registered mail including postage meter.

Location for this position is Atlanta, GA

Qualifications:

Required

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

• At least 1 years of experience in the job description below

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the custody of mail from the time of pick up to delivery and will maintain a thorough knowledge of applicable postal regulations and Infosys procedures pertaining to shipment of mail.

• Pick up mail from office floor mail bins and process all outgoing mail.

• Deliver all mail the same working day.

• Perform mail sweeps for outgoing and prepare for processing twice daily from the office floors.

• Ensure in office mail process aligns with courier service pick up and drop off.

• Process and ship a variety of outbound packages business and personal (per Infosys Policy).
