Mail Room Specialist
The following duties and responsibilities are to be performed accurately, efficiently, within Company policies, safety requirements and quality system and within specified time frames and as needed.
Receive and log incoming mail and packages, sort and deliver to the recipient throughout the Carmel campus and Hillsdale facilities.
Process all outgoing packages, including leading the process for international shipments.
Perform frequent inventory assessments for printer paper stock levels and assist to fill accordingly.
Perform regular audits of the seating layout charts and make updates accordingly.
Assist peer(s) with office move requests as necessary.
Co-lead the badge management system; creating badges and adding or removing credentials upon request.
Assist peer(s) with refrigerator stocking and catering requests as necessary.
Maintain and update mail room standard work.
Address security, safety, and environmental issues within area of responsibility to ensure a safe work environment.
Oversee the Mail Room MDI (Manage for Daily Improvement) process.
Manage projects to a documented, verifiable completion.
Communicate in a proactive, professional, positive, courteous manner with all levels of business associates.
Interface with external vendors to complete work as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
