Mail Processing Logistics Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Mail Processing Logistics Coordinator's primary function is to organize, track and load finished USPS pallets of mail for outbound shipment. The Mail Processing Logistics Coordinator works closely with the Mail Processing Manager, Mail Processing Clerks and Production management teams to effectively, efficiently and expeditiously move our client's mail.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Utilize the drop schedule and Manual schedule to determine mail dates for jobs in the warehouse.
• Use the Mystic Portal to track pallets and schedule pick-ups, use the UBM portal to track pallets for commingle.
• Use forklift to stack pallets, to load inbound and staged trailers, pull material to fill orders and organize stock in the most efficient way.
• Scan pallets using handheld scanners
• Locate products on shelves, pull material to fulfill orders and wrap/package appropriately for shipping.
• Combine and stack postal trays on pallets and wrap for final loading.
• Read and understand a bill of lading and manifest.
• Work with production to resolved errors to expedite the mail
• Maintain safe and clean work environment including sweeping, break down boxes and assist production when needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to complete multiple tasks within time constraints.

High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge of UPS mailing requirements

Warehouse and Forklift experience

Schedule Options:

Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm
