Ensures customers' satisfaction by making pick-ups and deliveries in a proficient and timely manner.


  • Delivers messages, telegrams, documents, packages, and other items to business establishments and private homes by performing the following duties:

  • Travels to delivery site on foot or by bicycle, motorcycle, automobile or public conveyance.

  • Keeps log of items received and delivered.

  • Obtains receipts or payment for articles delivered.

  • Services vehicle driven, such as checking fluid levels and replenishing fuel.

  • Performs pick-up and delivery of jobs by accurately following a map and/or written instructions.

  • Follows RICOH Service Excellence performance requirements.

  • Responsible for maintaining compliance with state and company standards by operating a vehicle in a safe and lawful manner and following company guidelines in the event of an accident and/or injury.

  • Responds to client requests, ensuring the accuracy of the order taken and delivery of the completed orders in a timely manner.

  • Completes all paperwork in a timely, accurate and legible manner.

  • Presents professional appearance to clients by dressing in professional attire according to company standards.

  • Responsible for vehicle safety by maintaining routine maintenance on all delivery vehicles (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) according to company specifications.

  • Meets company attendance standards by reporting to work punctually and working all scheduled hours and any required overtime.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

Typically Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Requires valid state driver's license and driving record that meets company standards.

  • Requires experience in electronic communication devices and experience in a team environment.

Wells Fargo Virtual Channels (WFVC) is part of the Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation (PVSI) business division. WFVC serves consumer and small business customers through digital (online, mobile, and social) and contact centers (phone, email, and correspondence). We provide customers with convenient ways to manage their accounts, enable digital payments, provide solutions that meet their financial needs, and more. WFVC serves over 27 million customers through our digital channels and support over 5.8 billion customer interactions annually through digital and contact centers. The Content and Document Capabilities team is part of Virtual Capabilities and Operations. The Content and Document Capabilities Strategy Consultant 3 will be focused on strategic initiatives to support the vision of providing timely, accurate information where and when our customers want and need it such that it is easy to consume and interact with and is in their language of choice. Current capabilities include eSignature, eUpload, eForms, In-Language Content, Content Authoring. Content Publishing and Knowledge Management. Primary responsibilities for this role may include but are not limited to: * Responsible for providing senior level strategic consulting services using in-depth knowledge and expertise regarding Wells Fargo business strategy (enterprise-wide) and emerging trends in the Industry. Will work across a variety of teams to ensure communication flows to the appropriate groups and individuals. Operate as key point of contact for projects and services impacting WFVC Content and Document Capabilities. Key planner and SME (Subject Matter Expert) to ensure all relevant cross-group considerations are addressed in project planning. * Works with executives and senior managers across Wells Fargo to help define the business strategy and create/execute corresponding business plans and initiatives. Act as lead for initial thoughts and processes, as well as cross-team partner consultant on analytics and strategy related to Content and Document Capabilities. Create compelling strategy materials and collaborate with other strategic teams and key stakeholders to articulate and dimension the capabilities opportunities. * Provides leadership in the identification of strategic business, investment and alliance opportunities; evaluation and approval process of identified opportunities; identification and implementation of technology requirements (systems, architecture and infrastructure) as well as coordination of technical resources; and communication of strategy and related business plans to management. Work across lines of business (LOBs) to ensure external and internal product plans include technological and reporting needs (operational and management reporting). * May direct internal as well as Industry strategic planning activities and represents Wells Fargo on Industry boards and committees. * Provides guidance to less experienced team members.
