  • Deliver messages, documents packages and mail to various business concerns or governmental agencies.
  • Sort or open incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Obtain receipts for articles delivered and keep log of items received and delivered.
  • Deliver items to offices and departments within the establishment.
  • Perform miscellaneous errands, such as carrying mail within the establishment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and understand proficiently in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. or more in a physical environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.

Provide support on risks identified and provide input on development/implementation to ensure efficiency and compliance.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate organizational support through positive teamwork, trust and mutual respect for customers and employees. Provides feedback to management on errors detected, ensures errors are resolved, and provides long-range solutions to causes. Develops and implements a quality control and improvement program based on targets identified through the quality reviews.</p></li><li><p>Compiles data, provides feedback, and generates reports for operations and/or training areas on quality performance. Writes or assists in writing desk procedures and training materials for departments.</p></li><li><p>Provides assistance with special projects such as testing for system changes, reviewing change requests, statistical reports, etc.</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>High level of integrity and ethics.
