  • Deliver messages, documents packages and mail to various business concerns or governmental agencies.
  • Sort or open incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Obtain receipts for articles delivered and keep log of items received and delivered.
  • Deliver items to offices and departments within the establishment.
  • Perform miscellaneous errands, such as carrying mail within the establishment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and understand proficiently in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. or more in a physical environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.

With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.</p><p>Please note: this position requires a Covid-19 vaccination.</p><p>Under the direct supervision of the Lead Associate, the mail service associate is responsible for accurately sorting, posting and delivering mail and packages.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Serve as liaison between TMG's mail and office services team and client departments:</p><ul><li><p>Receive all mail and packages (both business and personal).</p></li><li><p>Process inbound, outbound, domestic and international mail and parcels which include FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.</p></li><li><p>On occasion, offload palleted packages, crates of equipment and/or merchandise from shipping companies.</p></li><li><p>Perform other tasks as requested.</p></li><li><p>Utilize the tracking system to maintain a record of parcels (Brynka).</p></li><li><p>Deliver mail to designated mail rooms on each floor.</p></li><li><p>Deliver packages to each person individually.</p></li><li><p>Order, stock and maintain copy/mailrooms with supplies (i.e. copy paper, general office supplies). Stock printer paper for all copiers and printers on campus.</p></li><li><p>Distribute specific items to Executives as required (bottled water, etc).</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Strong customer service skills</p></li><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 1-2 years customer service and shipping/receiving related experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Basic Mathematical skills.</p></li><li><p>1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Software.</p></li><li><p>Handle multiple projects at one time.</p></li><li><p>Ability to effectively work individually and in a team environment.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.</p></li><li><p>Ability to meet employer's attendance policy.</p></li><li><p>Keyboarding and Windows environment PC Skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail.</p></li></ul><p>WATCH Where Service Matters:</p><br> The Millennium Group Los Angeles CA
