Customer Service Rep
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to perform data entry tasks to update automated records and ensure the accuracy of work. You will be responsible for batching documents, keying data from source documents, and verifying the correctness of entries in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Help customers throughout day with questions by demonstrating excellent customer service
- Be familiar with all site building operation
- Operate X-ray machine
- Quality check all mail throughout day
- Accurately sort USPS/interoffice and accountable mail
- Accurately deliver mail to customers
- Accurately sort mail throughout day
- Open, prep and sort PO Box mail
- Document checks, USPS, PO Box mail and other logs as required
- Receive and verify incoming accountable mail
- Process and track all incoming/outgoing accountable mail electronic and manual
- Process incoming/outgoing pouch mail daily
- Deliver and obtain signatures for all incoming accountable mail
- Run end of the day UPS/DHL/USPS reports
- Obtain signatures for all outside delivery services for incoming accountable mail
- Obtain signatures from couriers for all outgoing mail and maintain manual log for UPS and DHL
- Process outgoing mail accordingly
- Conduct mail runs throughout day in a timely manner
- Count and log all mail volumes throughout day and update site metric
- Maintain metering machine as required
- Deliver and stock copy paper at designated areas
- Clean, organize and stock mail stop areas
- Look up and research improperly addressed mail
- Log all non-conformances throughout day
- Conduct and participate in daily huddles
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Participate in training and cross training of tasks
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
- Capability to stand, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, sit, talk, or hear as required by job duties.
- Close vision and ability to focus are necessary for performing tasks accurately.
- Experience with data entry is desirable.
- Ability to engage in repetitive motion activities like twisting, bending, and climbing.
- Previous experience with data entry is advantageous.

The pay range for this position starts at $15/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered*
