Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and internal communications.

  • Process outgoing mail and packages with postage.

  • Fill out and complete all tracking of incoming and outgoing certified/insurable mail and courier packages for signature and proof of receipt.

  • Investigate "mystery" mail and determine proper distribution.

  • Identify suspicious mail, and notify supervisor in order to determine proper handling or distribution.

  • Assist individual departments as necessary with preparation of mail, courier services and other projects.

  • Provide daily service to replenish copier paper, copier supplies and other office supplies for each copy/mail room on all support center floors.

  • Provide back-up switchboard coverage as needed.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office and Excel recommended

  • Knowledge of postage equipment and UPS scales

  • Able to learn technology related specifically to mailing and shipping are required.

  • Able to be cross-trained in all aspects of the Mail Center operations.

Responsibilities The Developer II performs project coding as assigned, tests, debugs, and documents work as performed on web application projects, and assists on more complex projects. This individual assists in maintaining specifications and design documents of web applications. He/she analyzes and resolves user specifications, project requirements, and application error logs, as well as provides daily progress reports. * Develop and maintain web applications using .NET with SQL Server backend. * Develop and document interface, front pages, and the tools to navigate a variety of web sites, including, corporate portal and intranet systems. * Respond and resolve features and bugs in enterprise applications. * Perform unit testing at the page level. * Support department standards for database design, forms designs, and programming. * Review specifications and provide time estimates on the development of projects and features. * Conduct peer code reviews to confirm compliance. * Use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. * May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four (4) year college or technical school. * Four (4) years of experience using .NET, HTML, DHTML, ASP, and JavaScript programming language. JQuery, MVC and Entity framework, .NET CORE knowledge and experience a plus. * Two (2) to four (4) years of experience using MS SQL Server as a backend database repository. * Two (2) to four (4) years of experience overseeing technology projects. * One (1) to two (2) years of experience writing software requirement specification documents, use cases, etc. * Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
