Responsibilities: Perform various Mail Center activities (sorting, metering, folding, inserting, delivery, pickup, etc.) Lift heavy boxes, files or paper when needed Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines Adhere to all safety procedures Take direction from supervisor or site manager Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned (Filing, outgoing shipments, etc) Operating mailing, copy or scanning equipment Shipping & Receiving Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages Perform other tasks as assigned Scanning incoming mail to recipients Perform file purges and pulls Create files and ship files Provide backfill when needed Enter information daily into spreadsheets Identify charges and match them to billing Sort and deliver mail, small packages

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months customer service related experience High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred) Experience running mail posting equipment a plus Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Lifting up to 55 lbs with or without accommodations Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment Competency in performing multiple functional tasks Ability to meet employer's attendance policy

2nd Shift

Monday - Friday 3:00PM - 8:00PM

Position Summary Sells replaceable parts, equipment, tools and accessories for motor vehicles in person and on the telephone (s). Ascertains make, year, and type of part needed. Duties & Responsibilities * Responsible for the billing process which may include calling customers with questions, printing reports with open tickets, processing a zero report, organizing tickets in numerical order, special order billing and reviewing billing discrepancies in ton pass. * Increase customer satisfaction by offering to special order any item we may not currently have in stock. * Troubleshoot, research and inquire on customer complaints to increase customer satisfaction. * Miscellaneous office work to include copying, mail, filing, data entry. Stamps and enters packing slips with invoices. * Responsible for customer order fulfillment follow up which may include posting of packing slips, matching quantities and dollar amounts, updating goods for orders due in, finding mistakes if necessary, daily billing and issuing credits. * Responsible for entering stock orders and taking special orders. Manages back orders of parts. Clears printers, prints out cores and defects. * Researches credits and discrepancies and matches manufacturer credits. * Distributes catalogs, price sheets and other promotional items in dock area for customers. * Assists in inventory as directed. * All other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * High school diploma required * Associate's (two year) degree preferred * 2 years' experience in an office setting, preferably in a customer service role * Strong customer service skills * Must demonstrate consistency, accuracy and follow-through * Ability to handle difficult customer situations * Comfortable utilizing up-sell techniques * Strong cash handling skills, including the use of POS systems * Strong verbal communication skills * Must demonstrate consistency, accuracy and follow-through * Extensive product knowledge or the ability to obtain product knowledge Physical Demands/Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
