MADO Talent Acquisition Program Manager

This includes recruiting activities, administration, compensation, performance management, employee development, as well as the allocation of work-life-balance and training programs.
HPE is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Program Manager supporting merger, acquisition and outsourcing activities (MADO).
Primary responsibility to support global Talent Acquisition activities related to mergers, acquisition, outsourced deals and other transactions (MADO)
Participate in cross functional teams to include Mergers & Acquisition team (MADO), HR and the business to provide support pre and post merger related diligence
Consult and partner with key stakeholders on Employer Branding messaging, Talent Acquisition strategies, employee onboarding, HR technology and reporting
Provide strategic and operational oversight of hiring plan and ensure recruitment plan in place to meet business requirements
Facilitate and drive resource plan and budgets as needed to ensure hiring plan is met
Build Talent Acquisition specific Mergers & Acquisition support model, processes and tools for current & future needs
Lead / Participate in other Talent Acquisition program needs as necessary with outsourced partner(s)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Highly motivated, team player, with strong communication, relationship-building and influencing skills
Experience with mergers & acquisition highly preferred
Experience in Talent Acquisition operations preferred
Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition systems, reporting, talent attraction and compliance
Successful experience with Talent Acquisition project management to include: planning, executing and reporting related to a specific program and/or project
