It encompasses thousands of companies from a wide array of industries and many of the best-known global brands.

The MFi Program enables developers to create hardware accessories that use Apple technologies to connect electronically to iPhone, iPad, iPod, and Apple Watch. These technologies include HomeKit, AirPlay, CarPlay, Lightning connectors and Lightning Audio, and MFi Hearing Aid, among others.

Key Qualifications
7-10 years of hands-on account management and program management experience; Operations and Technical background preferred

Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills; ability to craft and deliver nuanced messages

Meticulous attention to detail

Strong business insight, acumen, and discernment combined with technical and analytical aptitude

Ability to establish collaborative relationships with cross-functional team members

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment, and to operate at both the tactical and strategic level

Knowledge of the consumer electronics space and hardware development cycle


In this role, you will (1) manage all aspects of licensee on-boarding and account management, (2) identify and help implement operational efficiencies, (3) serve as a liaison with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, Developer Relations, Legal and Product Marketing, and (4) drive adoption of the key platforms, such as HomeKit. In addition, you may establish and lead technology programs as opportunities arise. - Work with third-party accessory developers and cross-functional teams to bring world-class HomeKit-enabled accessories to market- Champion developer needs and issues within Apple; help them to navigate technical and program requirements and to resolve complex issues as needed by engaging cross-functional team members- Handle all aspects of licensee/applicant account management, including: vetting applications by companies interested in joining our programs; administrating contracts/licensing; evaluating licensees' product proposals to ensure that they meet technical/program requirements; managing royalty reporting and collections on a quarterly basis; driving compliance initiatives and audits; resolving any breaches of contract; responding to inquiries in an informative and helpful manner while staying within program policies- Identify and drive process and system improvements which facilitate a best-in-class licensee experience and enable the team to continue to scale- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand/document the business and technical infrastructure as needed to launch and/or support technology programs; develop and execute project plans accordingly- Other projects and duties, as assigned


Currently pursuing MBA or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field

Bachelor's Degree required with related work experience preferred
