Strong collaboration skills, able to work closely with leadership and team members. Excellent technical skills in machining and mechanical maintenance. Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Punctual and reliable in meeting work commitments. Experienced in using CAD/CAM software, Fusion360 is a plus. What You’ll Do:

Operate CNC machines and other precision equipment to manufacture parts. Perform quality checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure production standards. Collaborate with the Product Designer to ensure products align with design specifications.

Assist in training junior machinists and maintain a safe, organized work environment. Identify opportunities for process improvements in machining operations. Other duties as assigned.
