Machinist

Job Description Job Description Duties:

• Program, set up and operate DPM, LPM, CNC and/or lathe machines to produce precision parts & instruments

• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and/or other specifications to determine dimensions & tolerances of finished pieces

• Calculate dimensions & tolerances using various measuring instruments

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards

• Perform routine maintenance on machines & equipment

• Assemble parts as needed Requirements:

• Previous experience as a machinist or similar role

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints & technical drawings

• Familiarity with using measuring instruments such as bore gauges and coordinate measuring machines

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
