We are recognized for excellence in cost effective machine tool rebuilding and servicing across the USA, Canada, Mexico, and beyond. You will never be "just a number" with us. Building is Air Conditioned with LED Lighting General Duties/General Overview:

• Manual Lathe: Turning, Boring, Threading, Tapers, Tool Post Grinding

• Manual Bar: Rough and Finish Machining, Drilling and Tapping, Boring, Odd Set-Ups

• Bridgeport: Milling, Keyways, Angles, Drill and Tap

• Manual Planer Mill: Milling, Grinding, Odd Set-Ups

• Surface Grinding

• In-Place Machining

• CNC Lathe

• CNC Milling Machine Qualifications: Candidate will have a good mechanical aptitude, a "can do" attitude and good work ethic.
  
  Candidate will easily work independently and as part of the team. Must be able to take direction from others as well as think through solutions to present to others. Must be able to be on time to work each morning as the team depends on you.
  
  Able to read blueprints, basic math and reverse engineer. Required qualifications: Calipers, Machining, Mechanical Knowledge, Micrometer Be able to adapt to each new project/part.
  
  We do not do a lot of repeat work orders. Being a machine tool rebuilder, we do a lot of specialized and repair work, one off and reverse engineering. Experience with manual machines is a must.
