Machinist Manufacturing Technician

$2000 RETENTION BONUS Participating Employer: MI Tr-Share Child Care Program Your child cost is reduced by 66% for eligible employees Machinist Manufacturing Technician As a Machinist Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for helping prepare tooling, machines, and materials for Production.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities Inspect and Change inserts on spent tooling Use hand tools for deburring Aerospace components Scan and Move raw materials from the staging area to the machine Scan and Move finished parts from the machining area to the next Op Support the CNC Machinists in the area Inspect parts using Hand Gages and Pocket Profilometers Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Knowledge of hand tools Able to lift 35lbs multiple times a day Good hand-eye coordination High finger dexterity/nimble Able to handle very small components Work in a team environment Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to identify and prioritize tasks Qualifications: Some experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Able to sit/stand for a 10-hour shift Work Environment: Climate-controlled manufacturing facility with a moderate noise level. In this position, you work full-time in a manufacturing setting. Schedule: 10-hour shifts Monday

• Thursday Fridays are reserved for OT when necessary 2nd shift 4:15 pm
