Machinist

Duties/Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:

• Familiar with CNC mills with Fanuc control, Haas vertical, Haas UMC 5-axis. Will consider experience on similar type machines.

• Must have strong attention to detail

• Must have own tools and basic inspection equipment

• Must have a strong work ethic and work well with others.

Job Skills:

• Operate CNC mills and perform simple set ups when necessary

• Use inspection tools to monitor dimensional accuracy.

• Troubleshoot problems with tooling and replace if necessary.

• Must be organized and accurate with documentation.

Desired Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.

• Knowledge of machining processes and problem-solving skills to ensure strict quality and cosmetic standards

• 2 years' experience as a CNC machine operator

• Must have good knowledge of G and M codes.

• Must be knowledgeable with GD&T.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $24.28-$36.44 hourly. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
