Position Title: Machine Tooling Coordinator (Process Reliability Expeditor)
Location: 4545 Assembly Drive
Department: 1063 (Tooling Storage)
Shift: 1st Shift
Reporting To: Supervisor, Maintenance Inventory, Tooling
Responsible For (Staff): None
Expedite equipment, tooling, parts, supplies and documentation to operations while maintaining accurate inventory in the CMMS system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stage and inspect all Tooling for delivery and pickup as requested by PRT's.
Pickup and Deliver all carts, parts, hardware needed by PRT's.
Work with Engineering Department to identify and enter new tooling/parts/location in CMMS system. Work with Engineers on updating Bill of Materials.
Assemble/repair/engrave tooling and equipment.
Deliver Tool Crib parts as needed.
Work with Maintenance personnel/Supervisors to resolve jacket or Tooling issues.
Create PO's for Tooling replacement as needed.
Perform cycle counts of Tooling.
Transfer all Tooling to correct location in CMMS system
This position may require overtime and/or weekend work.
Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.
Attendance to work is an essential function of this position
Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

TABE testing requirements met at approved grade level for position.
Basic Mathematical Skills
Basic Computer Skills:Ability to perform basic computer tasks and has the ability to operate common computer programs.
Minimum Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak in a way that allows one to participate effectively in various conversations. Ability to read various types of standard items addressed to general readers.
Intermediate Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions that may be furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems that involve several concrete variables in standardized situations.
