Machine Technician (注塑机操作技术员）

CorDx is a leading biotechnology company that specializes in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of innovative diagnostic solutions. We are seeking an experienced Machine Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with various injection molding machine models and a solid understanding of plastic product production processes. This role requires a proactive, independent professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with molding machines and molds.

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on molds and machinery.

• Follow production processes and quality standards to ensure high-quality output.

• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and solve technical problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above (major not specified).本科或大专学历同等注塑机操作经历五年以上
• Familiarity with injection molding machine models such as Haitian, Tongtian, and Guangsu. 熟悉注塑磨具机器的使用

• More than three years of experience in debugging injection molding machines and familiarity with plastic product production processes. 三年以上注塑机调整试验，熟悉塑料制品生产流程

• Proficiency in mold installation and removal procedures. 熟练掌握模具安装和拆卸程序

• Skills in machine adjustment and capabilities in mold maintenance and repair. 机器调整技能和模具维护和修理能力

• No color blindness. 没有色盲
• Strong communication and adaptability skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit. Candidates with industry experience are preferred.沟通能力和适应能力强，责任心强，具有团队合作精神
• Proactive and independent work attitude.独立工作能力
