Machine Repair/Equipment Builder
As the Machine Repair/Equipment Builder for Rolls-Royce, you will develop and build a variety of special machines, attachments and miscellaneous mechanical equipment. Repair, adjust and maintain all types of machinery and mechanical equipment.

Diagnose and trouble shoot production assets
Dismantles, inspects, cleans, repairs, replaces and fits worn or damaged parts, reassembles and adjusts all types of machine tools, miscellaneous machinery and mechanical equipment.
Uses precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, squares, gage blocks, indicators.
Work from blueprints, sketches, verbal and written instructions
Handles parts manually or with the aid of material handling equipment
Ability to lift, hold and carry up to 50 pounds unaided

High School Diploma or equivalent
Journeyman's card or certified completion of training or formal apprenticeship program required
In lieu of a formal apprenticeship program, journeyman's card or equivalent training, a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience may be considered
Thorough knowledge of machine construction, functions and methods of repair and adjustment
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen
Understanding of ball-bars, laser alignment, and levelling techniques
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
Understanding of charts and graphs or KPI's
