The Machine Parts Coordinator for our EPI brand contributes to the success of the company by performing a variety of warehouse duties relating to inventory control, parts distribution, and organizing receivable parts and materials within the stockroom. This role is primarily responsible for the cycle count process and accurately maintaining physical bin inventories. This role also ensures parts and components for machinery builds and aftermarket parts orders are taken from inventory based on established procedures and allocated correctly. This role is located at our ID Technology facility in New Freedom, Pennsylvania.

Stage parts for production in Assembly and/or Shipping to customers which includes:
Removing product items from inventory bins via use of a pick ticket
Accurately processing the removed items from ERP system
Comparing identifying information and quantities on the packing slip against the customer order, counting items for verification, and noting any discrepancies
Interface with Shipping/Receiving regarding deliveries and outgoing parts orders
Organize received materials, parts and/or supplies into the correct locations or requesting department
Verify parts and materials are in proper locations
Maintains physical inventory bins which includes changing bins to provide for new items or additional space
Manages Job Shortages and helps to disperse parts as they are received
Assist with light assembly duties for small parts orders and basic machine assemblies
Act as a technical resource to address and resolve inquires and problems

High School diploma or GED
1+ year experience in inventory control and shipping, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate and work effectively with co-workers and other department employees
Ability to accurately handle detailed work
Experience using ERP systems to manage procurement and supply chain processes
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel and Word
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure (metric and English), using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to adapt quickly and shift between tasks as priorities evolve
Ability to stand for several hours at a time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
