Machine Operators

Volt is Immediately hiring Machine Operators, Assembly Tech's & Shift Leads for a local leading organization in Algodones, NM

As an Assembly tech you will:

• Work as needed in either the Attachments or Spider department of a manufacturing facility

• You will work to attach wire mesh nets by means of pneumatic Hog Ring Gun

• Complete Machine-assisted assembly of wire mesh nets.

• Observe equipment operations to ensure there are no malfunctions

As a Machine Operator you will:

• Work with your department team to ensure that production is running smoothly

• Lead your team to meet deadlines and fill orders

Assembly Tech candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Six months of relatable experience

• Ablity to Be on your feet or waling around for your entire shift

• Must be able to Bend, twist, stoop and lift up-to 40 lbs on your own as needed.

• Must be a team player

• Candidates selected must pass all pre-employment requirements.

This is a Full Time Temp to hire position, With great growth potential

we have three available shifts open:

Day Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 am

• 3:30 pm $17.50 per hour

Swing Shift: Mon-Fri 3:00pm

• 11:30 pm ($18.25 per hour)

Grave Shift: Sun-Thurs 11:00pm- 7:30am ($19.00 per hour)

Lead Swing Shift: Mon-Fri 3:00pm

• 11:30 pm ($19.25 per hour)

Lead Grave Shift: Sun-Thurs 11:00pm- 7:30am ($20.00 per hour)
