Volt is immediately hiring for Machine Operator in Rockdale, IL.

4 day work week - 10hour days.

As a Machine Operator you will:

• Keep equipment and area clean and orderly at all times. Paint equipment as directed.

• Manually or mechanically feed product, maintaining an even flow of board to be cut with no gaps between boards.

• Assist in clearing line of upsets.

• Manually stack cut board into bundles.

• Monitor operation of shrink wrapper.

• Occasionally train inexperienced employees on the job.

• Perform other related duties as directed, including duties of other classification.

This is a full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Machine Operator experience

• Must be able to lift 50lbs

• A concern for safety, quality, and meeting ship dates is a requirement.

Pay Rate: <$20.00 - $20.50 per hour>

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
