Printpack Bloomington is looking for candidates to train as machine operators. While manufacturing experience is helpful for this role, training is available for the right candidate.
$1500.00 sign on bonus available for this role!

The pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour with an additional $2.50 premium for night shift hours (7PM-7AM).
Shift Information:
Sunday-Wednesday Night Shift: 7AM-7PM (4 nights for a total of 48 hours per week).
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for promoting safety awareness and keeping safety as a number one priority.
Assist operators with set-up and operation of equipment in either the press or bag department.
Support continuous improvement through team participation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Stable work history
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems
Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check
Physical Requirements:
Lifting up to 50 pounds
Must be able to climb, kneel, bend, squat
Must be able to grasp, push, pull and have fine motor skills
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
