Location: Huntley, IL

Position: Machine Operator I

Shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM

Pay: $22.72/hour

As the Machine Operator I, with general supervision, you will set-up the proper tooling needed in the thermoforming machines and operates the machines per job specifications.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Sets up thermoforming machines for operation per job specifications. Mounts dies and molds and loads rolls of raw materials into the machine.

• Engages machine to produce thermoformed parts and maintains continuous operation. Performs troubleshooting and quality control checks.

• Performs routine maintenance on thermoforming machines.

• Completes required job tickets.

• Works with Packer/Inspectors to resolve any quality issues as needed.

• Directs Packers/Inspectors to work in other areas when machine is down for troubleshooting or set up.

• Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area.

• Performs other work duties or functions as assigned.

• Overtime required at times

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to continuously lift, reach, stand, and walk throughout the day.

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Good manual dexterity and agility.

• Good leadership skills.

We'd Love to Hear from You If:

• You possess a High school Diploma or equivalent

• you have six months of set up operator experience

• You have one year previous production line experience preferred
