Machine Operator - Part Time

️ About the Job:

Are you seeking a part-time role where you can utilize your skills as a Machine Operator? Are you interested in extra hours on the weekend? Do you thrive in a manufacturing environment where precision and quality are essential? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned mechanical equipment and applicable hand tools

• Complete first piece inspection as needed

• Ensure that items produced pass quality control requirements

• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments

• Read and interpret blue prints if applicable

• Use basic measuring instruments

• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately

• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)

• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Perform work under general supervision

• Handle moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher level staff

• Possess beginning to working knowledge of subject matter

• 3 to 12 months of experience
